Scope of work

• Site identification, evaluation, and selection.
• Space planning (after assimilating the Municipality's building code and the new regulations of the Ministry of Education)
• Master planning, implementation phasing, and site engineering (hydrology + site services)
• Architectural design (conceptual, design development and construction drawings). Design was ranked No. 1 nation-wide by the Ministry of Education School Buildings Committee.
• Redesigning the school's brand image.
• Designing and supervising production of digital and print marketing material for the school's launch.
