Scope of work

• Working with the GIZ team on developing the operational guidelines of a housing rehabilitation strategy.
• Working with the GIZ team on in the preparation of the Conservation Plan documents to be submitted to the World Heritage Center, including assisting in documentation and in developing site management guidelines
• Providing communication support services for the project, including:
  • Design of brand image of the project
  • Design and production of AV marketing materials
  • Development of 2 dynamic bilingual website covering the experiences of the project in Shibam and other cities.
